Below is a link to download my 12-week full body workout plan that includes 3 intense workouts per week. There is no guidance with this, only the workouts. If you do not understand an exercise, it is on you to look it up (YouTube is great for learning exercises). This program will help you move better, burn the fat off your body, gain strength (if you push yourself), build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, improve mental health, and improve just about any aspect of your physical health. Yes, it CAN give you a six pack if you do everything right, including optimizing nutrition. Yes, it CAN get you absolutely ripped. Yes, it CAN get you toned up and ready for summer. The workouts are fun, and you will be better after completing the program. Just follow it and find out.

If you are one of the people who complain that things like this should be free (yes, I have already heard this from many), I agree but let me enlighten you on a few things:
This substack gets a minimum of 20 hours per week of my time. I do not worship money like most, but it is nice to be rewarded for my work since most of it is given to you for free. Go ahead and allocate 20 hours of your own time per week to something that is not your primary job (70 hour work weeks for me with this added) and you will understand.
